'Labonel
Fine Baking' was established in Hyderabad, in 1996 December, a time
when the concept of fine baking was relatively new. Annelise Dandler,
a self-taught baker was responsible for introducing a unique blend
of professional finesse and home touch to baking. Labonel grew into
a well-established made-to-order pastry shop, offering exclusive
cakes & desserts, catering to specific requirements of quality
conscious customers.
After
10 long years Annelise went in search of new horizons passing down
her prized possession to Mehnaz Hussain, another passionate, self-taught
baker with a commitment to uphold the traditions of quality and
business operations. She has been solely responsible for bringing
a new face to Labonel Fine Baking as an owner and as a brand.
Mehnaz
was previously known for her culinary classes & food writing
for the "Wine & Dine" column in the Hyderabad daily
"Deccan Chronicle", today she is well appreciated for
her write ups in "WOW Hyderabad" a lifestyle magazine
and was also rated amongst the top 3 bakers in the city by the "TIMES
FOOD GUIDE".
Despite
the challenges, Labonel now has escalating demands, and is being
much appreciated by old and new customers.
